What we keep
Your email address, your payment record (held by Stripe; we never see your card), the photos you upload, the night stills and clips we make from them, and the names and notes you give your cameras.
Photos
Before upload, your browser shrinks each photo and re-saves it, which removes the location and camera data phones store inside photos. We use your photos only to make your clips. We never train AI models on them and never share them, except with the AI providers that process them for you (fal.ai for images and video, and an AI model through Vercel's AI Gateway for planning and checking clips).
Who can see your monitor
Anyone you give the monitor link to. It's long and random, so it can't be guessed, but treat it like a private link. Your control room needs your owner link or a login with your email.
Deleting
Ask at hello@cursedcam.com and we delete your monitor, photos, stills and clips. Refunded monitors are deleted automatically.
Emails
We email you about your monitor: payment, when it's live, and login links. No marketing unless you ask for it.
Cookies
Only the ones needed to keep you logged in and remember your control room. No tracking cookies.
