Santa caught on your own security camera

Upload photos of your living room, hall and garden. Cursed Cam turns them into a night-vision security monitor, and something Christmassy keeps turning up. Funny, magical or properly dark: you choose.

Made from a real photo

These clips were made the same way yours will be: from an ordinary night photo, on the same monitor frame.

A Christmas screen of the room everyone ends up in

Everyone has seen a fireplace loop on the TV. Nobody has seen their own hallway on night vision, with Santa tiptoeing past the tree and getting stuck in the doorway.

You upload 4, 9 or 16 photos of your own rooms. We turn each one into a night-time security camera still. You name the cameras: FRONT DOOR, LIVING ROOM, BACK GARDEN. Then AI makes looping clips for every one, so the screen shows places your family knows are real.

Choose how Christmassy it gets

Santa gets caught is the funny one: Santa and his elves on the security camera, mischief and not fear. Winter magic is soft and wondrous, with snow, twinkling lights and reindeer crossing the yard. Dark Christmas keeps the cosy house and makes it wrong. Krampus is the scariest, for adults and big kids.

You pick one when you order. You can say what should happen in each room, or leave it and we'll choose something that fits what's in the photo.

What plays on the TV

Every camera gets three clips: a quiet one where nothing happens, one where people pass through, and one where your Christmas visitor turns up. The monitor mixes them like a real 90s security console, with timestamps ticking, REC blinking and cameras dropping to NO SIGNAL and coming back.

Open your private link on a laptop, AirPlay or Chromecast it, or type it into a smart TV browser. It keeps running all day, so you can leave it on through Christmas dinner and the film after.

How long it takes and what it costs

It takes about an hour to make, so there is still time if you start in December.

Party is $99 for a 2×2 grid: 4 cameras, 12 clips. Haunt is $199 for a 3×3 grid: 9 cameras, 27 clips, a story that moves from camera to camera and a power cut. You pay once. Free remakes are included if a clip isn't right, and you can refund yourself any time before generation starts.

Why it costs what it does

Every clip is made fresh for your place on the best AI there is, because cheaper AI gets the details wrong: people the wrong size, feet sliding, someone melting into the floor. The best costs more per second, and we pay for every second.

THE MOST REALISTIC VIDEO
The people and the scares are filmed on the most realistic video AI there is, and the most expensive: about 16 cents for every second of footage.
YOUR ROOMS, AT NIGHT
Each photo becomes a night-time security still that keeps your real rooms, furniture and doors where they are.
WATCHED BEFORE YOU SEE IT
Every clip is planned for its camera, then watched frame by frame when it's done. One that looks wrong is filmed again, on us.

A Haunt monitor is 27 clips, about 6 minutes of footage, made for your place alone.

Questions

Santa gets caught and Winter magic are written to be funny and gentle, with nothing frightening. Dark Christmas and Krampus are meant to unsettle, so they suit adults and older children. You choose the style before you order.

Yes. It takes about an hour to make, and it plays from a private web link on any TV, laptop or tablet. Order before the day and open the link when you want it on.

No. Cursed Cam plays on any screen with a web browser. A projector works if you have one, but it's built to look like a security monitor on a normal TV.

Yes. A seasonal refresh gives the same cameras a new set of clips for New Year, and you can switch between sets whenever you like.

You can refund yourself any time before generation starts. Once your clips are being made, we can't refund, because the AI compute is spent.
